All Barla Jewelery products are made to order, carefully and handmade. Products in stock are delivered to cargo within 24 hours after placing the order, and products that are out of stock or made to order and require personalization are delivered to cargo within 3-5 working days.

As the Barla family, our priority is your satisfaction. That's why we accept returns and exchanges free of charge as part of our store policy.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the product you want to return/exchange within 14 days.

To avoid any inconvenience or mishap, please put your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured and trackable courier company and keep your receipt. Barla Jewelery is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
Once your return has been received and reviewed, an email will be sent notifying us that we have received your returned item, and a refund of your approved return will be issued as soon as possible.
